Neighbourhood Watch London is pleased to be hosting a series of webinars on seniors and fraud awareness with the support of New Horizons and the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.</p> <p>A total of four seminars will be held in the coming months. The sessions will be led by Tom Cheel from the Canadian Anti Fraud Centre’s Senior Support team. Tom is a former detective with the Toronto Police Service, with a specialization in financial crime.
