Recently we asked Area Coordinators to collect e-mail addresses for all members in their watch area. We are requesting this because often we have had entire Watches go dormant because an Area Coordinator leaves, and we do not have up to date contact information for remaining members.
After our discussion at the AGM, it was clear that our Area Coordinators wanted a statement from the organization clarifying this request.
